  1. Am I missing something here? Why is it essential that the CEO know the 
  2. technology inside and out. His job is to manage the personnel of the 
  3. compnay and make sure things run smoothly. I don't believe he's going to 
  4. be doing tech support or deciding tech issues.

  6. Yes, your missing that Dwight came in and scared off the employees who
  7. were more interested in sucking off the company for their own gain, and
  8. that the company is a much happier and less dysfunctional place without
  9. them.  That was the old NewTek, a lot of blowing steam and a great product
  10. that could go so much farther, without the monday morning quarterbacks and
  11. sealed off walls of traz members who some never were seen working. The
  12. days of all play and a little work are gone, and the people there all have
  13. jobs and responsibilities.  Not to mention, they are more interested in
  14. the company's success than blowing it's money on unecessary plane trips,
  15. rental cars, dinners on the company credit card in the most expensive
  16. restaurants because they felt they were entitled.

  18. Dwight came into run the business and cut off the useless paper weights
  19. that were taking advantage of Tim's generosity.  NewTek employees, the
  20. ones who work and actually burn the midnight oil respect him for what he's
  21. done, and  are more productive as a result of the absence of sniveling,
  22. medling, untalented children who wonder why the recess bell never rings
  23. any more.
